    We replaced every window in our home with Airtite windows in 2020. On the first day after installation, the screens fell out. They did replace the screens. Since the beginning, all of the windows leak air horribly. During the winter, we have to seal them off with plastic or blankets or something to keep the air out so we won't freeze to death. In 2020, one of our windows started leaking when it rains from certain direction. ******, the owner, told us that he would get it fixed no matter how long it took. Fast forward to 2023, and that same window has leaked 4 times in the past month. It's leaked a total of 8 times now. ****** said he would come by and check it after we called him about the first recent leak, but he never did. He tried to tell us that it's condensation. It's not--we know the difference between condensation and a leak. We've left him several messages, and he won't even return our calls. Oh, and read the fine print on the warranty--they won't even warranty the windows against leakage, so I guess that's why ****** doesn't keep his word to fix it. We would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay far, far away from this company!
