    They send me a letter with a warning and important ****** is call them and they start telling me that I was required to get a house warranty and it was mandatory by my county. Also that if the sellers person report me of not purchase it I was going to be in deep problems. It's all a scam. I'm glad my dad felt them being pushy and ask me to deal with them. It's a scam and it's expensive. Do not make business with them!

    Received "Final Attempt" notice when I have never done business with this company. They also had the wrong homeowner information. I would never do business with a company that buys information to mass market to consumers and does not give us an option to Opt Out of receiving the **** mail. Is that even legal?

    So sick and tired of receiving quote "Final Notices" from this company in the mail! First, I responded to one letter, and when I told the woman on the phone that I did not need or want a "home warranty", she argued with me. The second time I told her I did not want a "home warranty and wanted my name and address removed from their system, she hung up on me! Now, today, I got another one of these 2025 Final Notice letters in the mail. The company is going to come on here and say it is not them, as I have read 20 times on the BBB website. If the BBB would allow me to upload the actual letter, you would clearly see it is sent by Warranty Global Group! DO NOT let this predatory warranty company continue to be rated A+ by the BBB!! This is making the BBB look untrustworthy and is becoming embarrassing! This is a huge SCAM. I almost wonder how much they paid the BBB of Texas to give them an A+ rating!!! What a joke both BBB of Texas and Warranty Global Group are, probably in bed together to see how many SCAMS they can pull off!

    Received a final notice letter, its an obvious attempt to fool the recipient. A-holes like this should be fined, and put out of business for corrupt practices. Letter is going where it belongs in the trash. It may be from Oasis Home Protection and warranty is administered by Warranty Global group. Im guessing name changes often.

    This whole thing is a scam!! Got a final notice. Their website gave 404 errors on any search of information. They say it is my fault for not knowing what the warranty was but cannot tell me what it was or what it will cover. They claim home insurance will not cover if a pipe burst and floods the home which is a lie. Do not lose your money to these clowns.

    Scam alert! As others are complaining, I received a "Final Notice" letter about some vague "coverage" that I supposedly have (I don't). This is terrible business practice.

    Please refrain from sending these fraudulent Final Notices to my home as a scare tactic to make a sale. I was confused and worried until the light bulb turned on in my psyche and realized I had no account with you. Integrity in your business practices will get you farther

    I got a letter from Global warranty group, stating my home warranty has already expired and they have my address and my bank, stating this is their final attemp and failure to call will result in lapse of coverage, abs I would be liable for any and all costs of repairs, but I don't have a warranty, I have home owners insurance, then they end the letter with, they have the right to revoke my eligibility for coverage. I feel sorry for the elderly people who have gotten this letter, it's very mislead with fear behind it, this company should be shut down.
