      The work authorization was signed on Oct 15, 2024. I'm very frustrated and concerned about the work that the crew has performed. On Nov. 23 we checked on our condo, it was in terrible shape and we pointed out our concerns to a couple of Knight employees (******* and I didnt get the other mans name) as follows:Bathroom tile on the floor was broken, bathroom wall tile was torn out, wood in the tub area was not treated, toilet was broken, and leaking, someone peed and put a paint stick in it, tub has been chipped angles on some of the walls werent a 90 degree, tape and mud was missing, outlets were pushed in or out and not aligning to the drywall, kitchen tile was removed and broken, even though I had a tape across it saying Save. I sent ******* (Knight Employee) a picture of the bathroom floor tile. I was told on Dec.4, that my condo was clean and ready to paint. My brother drove down from *********** on Dec. 5 to paint, he was shocked at the condition of our condo. Walls didn't have tape or mud on them, none of the items above have been addressed. and we arent anywhere near being able to paint and get out condo back to livable conditions. I spoke to **** on December 5th at 9:47 AM and I told him about my concerns. He said that the drywall team would be back today and that they would fix all the items. My brother waited all day, but no one ever came. I called **** several times, left him a few texts and he has not returned my calls. He said that he would be sending samples of wall tiles and it would be fixed the week of Dec 9th. and the drywall would be fixed by Friday, Dec. 6th.. but, they never came back. Photos are attached, this is very frustrating. Its almost been 2 months and we still have NOTHING fixed and more broken items. . All we have received is broken promises and TERRIBLE workmanship and we have been through enough with back to back hurricanes.
