      Tried for two months to get billing concerns answered, to no avail. Countless emails and voicemail messages left, and no responses. Asked for a coded paid invoice last week after my visit, and got a good faith estimate instead of a paid receipt with codes. Waiting for leadership team to respond today. This place is awful. The radiology tech was great. Too bad she doesn't run the place.

      Will never use Solis again. Scheduled my yearly exam as I have for many years. Gave insurance. Received a $440 bill from a 3rd party 6 weeks later. Solis OUTSOURCES screenings to an out-of-network radiologists! After 6 months of trying to appeal thru my insurance, the claim was denied. It appears Solis colludes with 3rd party providers to do the work that their patients are led to believe will be covered under in-network providers.

      Deceptive Billing! Avoid! Took almost $700 up front. Have never paid that with my insurance in the past. Billing line is down for several months apparently. They never filed the claim with my insurance and you can't talk to anyone. My insurance company cannot even get a working number to contact them. Will never go back! *******.

      Deceptive Billing practices ************ is charging me $440 for a yearly check up mammogram that is 100% covered by my plan. I know this is deceptive because I usually go to ********************* every year and owe nothing. Now they are saying they are charging physician fees. Never paid that with Memorial in over 5 years. DO NOT use them.

      This company is extremely racist. They will no longer ********** women to do any kind of job within Solis mammography now that affirmative action is no longer many companies like Solis mammography will no longer be hiring black women.

      ***ROBBERS***MARCH 2024 STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! THEY ARE KEEPING PATIENTS HARD EARNED MONEY. THE BILLING **** HERE IN ****** SUPPOSEDLY HAS SYSTEM ISSUES so theres a voicemail msg telling me to call back CORPORATE OFFICE tells me the system has been down for 2 months. SO, the customer service rep supposedly gives a message to LEADERSHIP and says Ill get a call within 24 hours THIS IS LEGALLY AND ETHICALLY WRONG ??

      Terrible charge! I Am sitting here in the Solis mammogram office for a mammogram. They forced me to Pay$2338 beforehand. I called my insurance and the insurance said it is about $423. I personally believe its robbery!

      when a patient goes with an order to have a breast exam under the doctor's referral, it must be respected because you are going under the doctor's referral. It happened in ****'s office. I went to this place in July and the secretary indicated that It doesn't apply to me because it was too early... explaining my situation and under medical orders I must undergo a breast exam.la secretaria de esta sede paso por encima del criterio medico y me dijo que no y me da cita para hoy diciembre 11, cuando voy me dice que no pueden hacerme el examen porque no ***********************.. cuando fui en el mes de ***** a realizarme el examen que no pude hacerme por su criterio Due to this fact, the secretary violates the right that I went with a medical order in a timely manner... these types of people should not work in a center, they should be more empathetic when caring for a patient... the result ended the year and I could not undergo the study due to the discretion of a secretary and I have 2 nodules in my b****** that need to be seen and I couldn't.

      Deceptive billing practices. Charged me $599.82 without checking my insurance coverage first. Filed the claim with my insurance and which was covered 100% and didn't report to my insurance company that they had taken my money as payment.2 months later I requested a refund. Was told they would contact me within 48 hours by email or phone. Called 3 days later and was told that it would ***********-8 weeks for my refund. You can call the number to talk to someone, but they will not let you talk to anyone in billing because " they are in a back office". I've spoken with 2 different people and been given totally different information about how my request would be handled. I am reporting them to authorities for deceptive practices.
