      Awful! They lost our executive office chair worth 1800 and leather couch was severely damaged. Even after an year of back and forth communication they haven't found the item or compensated appropriately. Worst service. My husband hired them. When I moved in this year we hired another professional movers based out of Houston, ******** movers. They are very professional and promptly located a lost item. These people Geo van lines have no clue what they are doing!! worst service!!!

      After a horrendous start with a moving broker we got these goons to move our stuff to add to the nightmare. They state you get a month to move your stuff without being charged.....wrong. If they pick it up on the 28th.....they charge you $1800 for storage on the 1st. Because the broker initially screwed up pick up schedule my husband and son had to leave so I could start my new job and my dad had to deal with them. Their team showed up, dropped off one guy at our house, and the other 2 took off to deliver someone else's stuff. This guy was left at our home sleeping on our bed (my dad caught him snoring) on it for 2 days before the other 2 goons returned. They begged for tips constantly and expected my dad to pay for their meals, etc. They barely wrapped any of our stuff and most items were either damaged or missing anyway. $16K between the brokers and these assholes. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the stress and just set your shit on fire, have a cold one, and watch it burn. Believe me.....you will wish you had after having these people. When they finally got it loaded they then got their stupid moving truck stuck in the yard and had to call a wrecker to pull them out and we had huge ruts left in our yard. Once they have your items, you will be dealing with none other than satan herself......Shannon. They will not take a credit card. You have to give the driver either cash, a cashier's check, or pay them with a money gram or money transfer which is a royal pain in the ass. I'm certain they do this because they know they are poorly ran and don't want you disputing it on your card. They are soooo unprofessional and to be honest EVERYTHING went wrong with them. The only thing they didn't do was set our house on fire.......and that would have been better had they done that because then I could have taken out a claim for our damaged stuff. PLEASE DO NOT USE A BROKER TO HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I promise you will be sorry.
