      Agility was contracted to restore my home after Hurricane Ida. They did over $20,000 in damage and were removed from the project after two days. I had to find another contractor to do what Agility was supposed to do. I paid the other contractor and fixed the damage caused by Agility. Agility sent me a $24,487.66 invoice for work that was never completed. I am sure I am not the only one dealing with this problem.

      I was never paid by my insurance for any of the invoices from Agility. I even showed Agility's Attorney my insurance proforma and payout to dispute their claim. I had to pay another company to perform what Agility was hired for and that is the invoice that the insurance paid. Agility tried to send my insurance an invoice directly several times and it was denied. Agility did have people at my house for 2 days but didn't get anything accomplished other than the damage done to my home. Which they were notified of at the time it was done. I also sent Agility all of the quotes from several contractors for the repairs. I chose the cheapest of each to fix Agility's damage. I have all needed to back up my claim. If I would have gotten paid for their invoice, I would have sent them the money.
