    Novopelle MedSpa provides laser hair removal treatments. You must pay for sessions in advance. Sessions can take more than 2 years to complete. The services provided were not rendered appropriately. The date of the transaction was March 31st 2021 for $1850. My final appointment was March 2023. When I went for my evaluation in 2021, I was told by my initial technician, *****, that I was the perfect candidate because I had lighter skin with dark hair. I had 15 sessions that were done, however I had 4 different technicians throughout my treatment and they treatments were not effective. During the time ***** did my first 3 sessions, the results were great. However after she left, the sessions afterwards failed to show improvement because of the multiple changes in technicians. In fact my hair growth increased in some areas, like my arms. I was told by technicians that they would either refund me if I didn't see an improvement. I was also told by my final technician to wait a few months to evaluate if the hair does continue to grow and to determine effectiveness of the laser sessions. I called the office from May-July of 2023 to report that the services were not effective and was told I would get a call back but did not. I called corporate and they advised sending an email first. I sent an email on October 9, 2023, and never got a response. The business has not attempted to resolve the issue and I would like a full or partial refund. I could not file a complaint within a year because I could not tell if the services would be appropriately rendered until all the prepaid sessions were completed. They did not guarantee their services and services were not rendered.
