    They came out and inspected the slab of our house on OCT 10th, 2024 This is the 3rd inspection by them 1st 2 no mention of piers, mentiond each time no piers its settling great bon its own At the end of this review he stated we needed 24 piers at $350 each and a optionsl pier for 750 I asked for him to put it in writing Its been 30 days I have sent emails to him And contacted and spoke to his off 2 times per week I was shocked by his swap in direction as 1/2 of the house has no cracks of any kind Why will he not respond in writing like he said he would or verbally

    In response to this review, On 5/25/23 we did our first inspection of your property. During that inspection, we were informed that plumbing repairs had been made in late 2022. At that time, we determined that the property needed to dry out to be able to give a proper assessment. We went back out to the property on 10/24/23. At that time the center of the home had settled (lower) in a good way and the exterior elevations had not moved. Liking what we were seeing, we chose again to wait and see if everything would settle back into place. Each visit we talked about the effects of plumbing leaks on foundations and the importance of drying out. We also talked about the chance of movement on the exterior walls. The last inspection was on 10/14/24. At that time the center of the property had stopped settling and the exterior of the foundation had started to settle. We were surprised with the reaction to the findings during that visit. We have no control of how your property settles, especially after plumbing repairs have been completed. Per our conversation, I would be willing to send you an estimate from an engineers report if you were not trusting our assessment of your foundation. We always try to do our due diligence after plumbing repairs so that the correct repair is made.
