    This is one of the stores involved in my complaint. I think their corporate is currently dealing, but I have issues and concerns with this store for breaking my car mentioning it to the regional manager, and then trying to blame the issue as related to the original issues caused by my husband putting stop-leak in the radiator.Also, the tow truck person went on the toll road with the car and we have received those bills as well which is just salt in the wound that has been caused by dealing with this company. I was holding out for them, but after all this no, I am telling people what happened and I need y'all to put pressure on whoever is currently in charge of dealing with my case and talk to my lawyers to settle. I.e. have ***** make the corporate finish. It's the Bhatti law firm in ******, this is over the diesel passat that needed engine replacement, they will know it's been at their facility for all of this year so far. Dear BBB people this issue has gone on for a year and when I wrote everything out, it exceeded the character limit, I attached my complaint to the corporate office of this business as well as the full extended version of what happened. They will either respond and clear this complaint or this will be a blemish on their record and I will move to writing just a public complaint for others to see. Makes sense why they aren't BBB accredited and I wish I had looked up if they were before deciding to take my broken car to them. I'm also sorry I know a lot of this is like a mad person writing, but it's late and I've gotten myself heated up at the issue again.Also, I'm so tired from talking with them, I called and talked to them almost weekly from November '22 to May '23, please have them contact ********************* in ******, as they wouldn't take me seriously enough to negotiate with me. maybe because I'm a woman, they think I'm a pushover, who knows. All I know is they are trying to make me pay for something they broke and need to finish settling.

    I had no issues with my vehicle before this incident.Date of the transaction 10/6/23 I drove my car in for an oil change. I received the oil change that morning. Upon arriving at my house and leaving back out I noticed a lot of oil on my garage floor. I called the location ask to speak to a manager and informed him of what was going on. He stated to bring it in, at the time they were getting ready to close. So I went the next day 10/7/23 at 8am. They had stripped my oil plug and had to replace it. It has been replaced. My car is still leaking oil. I returned to that location on 10/17/2023.I noticed another leak on 10/15/23.I spoke with management ****** and ******. ****** told me that the leak was not coming from the plug so they didnt do it. ****** told me I could make an appointment and get a quote.I then asked for the general managers number. ****** did not give me his number but instead took my information.Fast forward to the General manager ****. I spoke with him and he told me to bring it in and we will look together. **** informed me that his guys did not do anything wrong.************** also told me that when you fix one thing, other things tend to need to be fixed. Well express oil change you had to fix something already making other things on my car need to be fixed MY CAR HAD NO ISSUES BEFORE I BROUGHT IT TO THIS NATIONAL KNOWN COMPANY. I am a single mother trying to get ahead and this incident has set me way back.
