      I am being charged for the month of ***** for Eagles Wings Athletics gymnastic classes my daughter never took. On ***** 4th we showed up to her class like we had been doing since the beginning of 2023 for her class on Tuesdays from 4-5:30 and were told the time had moved. I tried calling multiple times with no call back. I finally was able to reach an old coach who was at a new location who then called and asked someone to call me. No one did. I came in person on ***** 11th to Eagles Wings Athletics and gave ALL my information to the person at the front desk and was told she was going to give it to ******* so that she could cancel the class and give us a refund for ****** Once again we did not want to drop the Eagles Wings Athletics gymnastic classes,they changed the time. When I finally talked to ******* she said to send the information to her email and she would take care if it. I did that and then she sent me an email to tell me there would be no refund since it was a 30 days cancellation policy. They are the one that changed the date AFTER ***** 1! Completely unethical. Below is the email I sent *******, who I have never met, I have only been told to email. Sent 4/18/2023 Hello *******,Thank you for our discussion this week. Per that discussion I would like to unenroll ********************* from Eagles gymnastics and be reimbursed for ***** fees ($95) due to her class time change. She has not been to any classes in ******Can you let me know when I should expect to see this back on my account?Thank you,************************************, MD Received 4/17/2023:******,I have processed the drop request for **** for the end of ****** Drop requests do have to be in to the office via email or done on the parent portal by the 25th of each month in order to drop and not be charged for the upcoming month, so for that reason we are unable to do a refund, but she is welcome to attend class through the end of ****** If you have any other questions just let me know!Cheers,*************************

      Ms. *********************** has been refunded for ******  What she failed to mention in her email was that her information on file was incorrect.  Customers put their own information in when they create their account.  We had been trying to contact her about joining the level 1 team since November.  She was allowed to train with that group, which pays $260 a month but she was only being charged $95 a month.  She was not notified about the change because she never confirmed she wanted to join the team but the coach not aware she wasn't part of the team continued to coach the daughter and *************************** continued to bring her knowing she wasn't paying full price for the instruction that was receiving.  It wasn't until we had to make an adjustment in the schedule that this all came to light.  She was not informed because she was not on the class role nor in the team BAND APP because she never confirmed she wanted to join.  Now, we're the bad guys because she put her information into the system incorrectly.  We have text messages to the ** even showing she put it in correctly and she never responded to those text message about joining the team.
