      My old home owners insurance company refused to renew my policy no big deal I just called my insurance company and I started a new policy with them and ITS NON ESCROW so I pay it every month. I started it around November I called highland residential they gave me a address to send my paperwork so it would no longer be escrow. Well I was giving the wrong address and the only reason I found out is because I called yet again to be told they didn't get any kinda mail about it so after calling 4 more times in the same day ( end of December) supposedly I finally got the correct address and had to send another letter for this mess, it's cost me so far 250$ witch they say they'll reimburse ( we'll see if they hold up to it) they're is no communication from these people. Later on when I refinance my house I will be taking my business elsewhere

      We loved working with The ******* Team How well they communicated with myself and my husband. Answered all questions that we had throughout the process of buying our first home. We will definitely use them moving forward when we get ready to start buying investment properties.

      Melissa and her team are breathtakingly effective at their craft. They set a standard for speed, efficiency, accuracy, and execution rarely matched by any service provider in any segment of consumer-oriented business. Truly, they provide the trusted partner experience everyone wants but rarely gets. That's the qualitative portion of my review.
      The quantitative portion: we were conditionally approved in less than 12 literal hours. At no point was there more than one hour delay in executing any next step; this involved my responding in kind when an information request was made of course. The mortgage process began on 6 Oct and concluded at closing on the last day of October, a total of 25 calendar days, 18 business days. This was possible because of decent credit and pre-qualification.
      My assessment after several decades working in technology process engineering is that there simply was no way for anyone to perform any more efficiently, effective, or timely a manner, period.

      This was my second experience buying a home, and my first experience working with ****** and his team. Relocating from a different state and buying a home is stressful, but because of ******'s consistent communication throughout the entire process, there were no surprises and we were ready to close well in advance of the closing date.
