    On September 17, 2024 I submitted a purchase with Night Vision Network, Order number *****, for a helmet which I received and a set of night vision (*** RNV-31 DualTube Nightvision Tube: 1400 - 1600 FOM Green Phosphor Price: $3,999.00). The night vision was provided with a *** tracking number 1ZC2905Y0315137372. I periodically reviewed the tracking to monitor the status. It sat on "shipping label created" for several months. Prior to the year ending in 2024 the status changed to shipping label cancelled. I then submitted an email asking about this on their old email support but was changed shortly after. I also placed a call and inquired about the cancellation. I was told by an employee from their customer service that the order was delayed due to importing issues and stated they could swap out the item or refund the order. I ultimately requested for a refund prior to 2024 ending. January I followed up with a phone call. Their customer service request I submit an email for the refund/situation. I submitted this email January 23rd 2025 detailing this. I followed up again with another phone call and email March 3rd 2025. The phone call consisted with recommending I submit another email which I did. On April 23rd 2025 I submitted another email following up and phone call requesting an update. At this point it is quite hard to get anyone to pick up the phone during business hours for them 0900 - 1800 PST. Someone from sale picked up and explained they recently had issues with the customer service, supposedly fired them and rehired new people. The employee took my information and stated someone from customer service will call me back the next day. No one has still not called me back. I called back the next day and 3 days later from this day leaving a voice mail with the situation and contact information. Since then I've attempted to call back every so often more than a dozen time probably with multiple voicemails but no answer or returned call. Missing original email.

    I ordered a ballistic helmet from this companys website on 4/1/25 and paid just under $650 for it which was charged to my credit card. After a few weeks I still had not heard from the company, but instead received and email from the manufacturer of the product I had ordered. This email stated that *** was charging people and not delivering the products and the manufacturer (************************) stated they requested *** refund all purchases to no avail. After receiving this email I began reaching out to *** via email and their customer service line and received no reply and still have not heard back and have not received a refund of the $648.95.

    I paid 4000 dollars to this company for a night vision device that was delivered but broken. Upon sending the device back in December for repair my device was stolen by the company. They have lied to me every step of the way concerning when I should ship back and where the device even is. Now they have told me Id be receiving a different device and provided me with a tracking number but never sent the device almost two weeks later and now they are ignoring any contact and havent responded to my inquiries about the device in question. The CEO has been involved and hasnt been able to get my device sorted out. Im unsure if I will ever see my money or device again. Please dont purchase from this company

    I am submitting this complaint regarding a refund I have not received for a canceled order totaling nearly $7,000. The company confirmed via email that the order was canceled and that a refund was being processed. However, despite these assurances, I have not received the funds.I have multiple email communications from the company stating that the refund is being issued, yet the money has not been transmitted to my account. I am requesting immediate resolution and a formal confirmation that the refund has been completed. I also hope this helps prevent similar issues for other ************ has been over a 1.5 months since I filed for a refund from them.

    Ordered a set of night vision on October 15th 2024 and never received my order. I contacted the company multiple times and have gotten no help. I have requested a refund and was told to email them and havent heard back from the company. I have tried multiple times in the past week to contact them and they will not answer my calls.

    We have no way to refund once chargeback has been processed. It is then in the card processor hands.

    Refund or Replacement: We are offering Mr. ****** the option of a full refund or an expedited replacement of the product, depending on his preference.
