    $500 was paid to Deal ******* LLC also known as DMD Realty for the purchase of real estate leads. Upon paying the company, I did not hear back from them. This is a SCAM.

    We are working on a resolution unfortunately an ex employee hacked the website and all data was lost we will work to get the client refunded an email was sent to everyone that we were able to find information on yesterday.

    I attached a document with two different emails the person ******************* is libeling and slandering myself and ************* Deal ******* was generating the lead and DMD Realty LLC collected the referral fees and the merchant payments and they were sent direct to the company we had generating the leads. There was an ex employee that not only deleted the website but all the data of whom and signed up and when they signed up. There are some who signed up around 2 years ago the agreement was for 6 months there were requirements for the agents end that they had to provide status ad follow up. We do not have any of the data as the ex employee deleted all the data , the website and all access to the data and in addition the same person hacked our bank account and withdrew all the funds as well. The person emailing the people we suspect maybe the former employee but cannot confirm as the email address he uses to email from we cannot get a response when we have tried to contact him on multiple occasions ,in addition  none of the agents who have asked him how they got their information and they also get no response. We have researched to see if ************** is a licensed agent but have not been able to find anyone that is licensed and using his email address. We did email everyone on the list and the person making the complaint here was contacted by my business partner ************* as well. I am also attaching a copy of what each agent would sign as to terms and conditions when  they signed up for the service. We only have obtained emails from agents who have contacted us and sent us a copy of the email they received and it had a list of emails. We have sent an email to each and everyone and when we are contacted if we are not available when the call comes we return the call as soon as humanly possible. For those who purchased the leads in the last 3 months or so before the hack occured we asked them to dispute with the credit card company.
