    ******* will literally go to the mat for you and fight the insurance companies to make sure you are more than taken care of. I figured I would have no issues with insurance knowing how reputable USAA is in the industry. Unfortunately USAA decided they were not going to pay out any more claims having met their quota. ******* battled with them by walking my roof 4 times and provided detailed pics. Still they would not budge until the 5th meeting where he coached me into demanding that a representative show up and walk my roof in person. When they finally showed up the rep did not even go on the roof. It was at that moment I demanded that they pay for the claim with ******* standing at my side. They finally agreed. ************************* keeps in contact with me today, 4 years later. Feel free to email me if you need more convincing. ********************
