We picked a home, signed paperwork, and was asked to be out in 3 days so they could take our old trailer and get the new one in. We were quoted a week, two weeks MAX. (Spoiler alert it took 11 weeks) October 6th we were moved out. They brought the home two weeks late. Then it took another week for them to hook sewage up. At that point they promised us electric would be there in a few days so we needed to call the bank and release the funds. After we called and released the funds everything completely stopped. My husband and I both had to call and call to get one person to answer the phone. When they finally answered all they’d say was “I don’t know” for weeks. We FINALLY got the call that electric was coming and doing what they needed to. They finally came after seven weeks. Then A/C was suppose to be done, that took another week. We had to pay our first mortgage payment before living in the home. They're so rude to you for calling and wanting actual updates on your home instead of their standard “I don’t know we’ll call you back” then never hearing from them. We waited 11 weeks for them to finish our house. We ended up having to move into the UNFINISHED HOME bc the people who was housing us needed us out due to them having family over for holiday. As I type this my front door isn’t aligned, my back door doesn’t lock (that’s a safety issue), the back door frame has water damage all around it, the flooring has dots and nasty stains all over it, and all interior doors need to be sanded and painted due to the wood splintering. We were promised a move in ready home and it’s far from that. They waited 2 months to tell us the flooring has to be redone by the manufacturer which would have pushed us ever further from move in and again we couldn’t wait any longer. They promised us they’d have it fixed before move in(had 11 weeks to do it). Not a single person has called us to talk about finishing at LEAST my front and back door. This is the worst company.
