    horrible customer service for a very expensive air filter. Company says they'll be available on Saturday for chat/email and no one responds. unacceptable I will never buy another one of these air filters again worked only for six months now no one available to help me troubleshoot.

    If there's something else we did to drop the ball and cause your frustration please let us know so that we further assist you and gain your confidence in Air Oasis once again. Not sure why you're claiming that no one responded on Saturday. We have chat logs showing that we responded to your request on both Friday and Saturday. I personally chatted with you online Saturday and called you per your request as well on Saturday. I apologize that we caused you any frustration. Our purifiers have less than a 1% failure rate in this short of time, but you unfortunately were part of that 1%. We sent you a free replacement air purifier, but didn't require you to return your old unit and threw a free replacement filter as well. I'm not sure what else we could have done, but please let us know so we can better assist you.
