    You would think that a place with good service would provide good service and items that you buy from them. I guess they don’t only on repairs. I purchased a nice $190 duffel bag for travels. One of the buttons fell off after 1 us travel. I purchased it about 6 or less months ago. They would repair it but I was going to have to pay for it. The owner then compare his store and policies to another big store. I told him this isn’t that store. For the prices of the bag and the problem. They should have repair it. If they are not going to sell good high price stuff and not warranty any of it. Maybe they shouldn’t be in business and maybe they should just stick to fixing shoes/boots. My complaint is for that price and they wouldn’t fix it wo charging. Maybe people should watch what and where they spend their hard earn money.
