5 stars1-800 Plummer provides top flight service. My GE side by side frig stopped cooling and I got another service company at first and they had me order a part and said they'd be back and they never did. I called 1-800 Plummer and found out what excellent service is all about.
Angel from the office let me talk to Fred their senior appliance specialist. After a brief conversation about my problem I booked an appointment next day. He was on time and brought Joe to help. Fred immediately diagnosed the problem and went out with Joe to get
the part. He came back promptly and installed the part. There was no fee for diagnosing the issue and gave me an estimate of the cost prior to the install. I highly recommend Fred and Joe from 1-800 Plummer. Thank you for your great service. Sonia MReview fromTom C

1 starI contracted with 1-800-Plumber to re-route hot-water plumbing lines from under-ground up through the attic of my home. What was supposed to be a two-day job or at most two and a half day with inspection, turned out to be thirteen days. 1-800-Plumbers technicians fell through my kitchen and living room ceiling while re-routing my hot water lines. White insulation dropped from my ceiling and covered my kitchen like a bed of snow. The dust from the incident quickly filled the air and insulation was tracked throughout the house. As if that was not enough, the technicians failed to re-connect my dishwasher and washing machine prior to leaving and as a result the next day my dishwasher failed to start. Furthermore, when I attempted to wash a load of laundry, water ran from the washer into the wash room, pantry, den, and out into the garage. To make matters worse, I injured my back while trying to stop the flooding. I applied dry towels on the floor and got on my hands and knees to contain the water running underneath the computer desk and onto computer cords. The result is that Puroclean placed seven fans throughout the house for an entire weekend. The house has been cleaned and cleared of dust and the ceiling has since been repaired. However, my ceilings do not look the same as before prior to this incident. In addition, I have incurred several visits to the chiropractor. In the end, I refused to pay for the substandard performance and 1-800-plumber sent an invoice that I "the customer" is considered a "bad debt" and reason is "I refused to pay", in essence deeming me as the creator rather than the victim and sufferer of this situation. When I contacted one of the owners to discuss my position in the matter and requested the invoice be rewritten to reflect what actually occurred, I was told and I quote "this is a write-off and we are writing it up this way because that is how it went down." I am totally disappointed in how this has concluded.1-800-Plumber +Air & Electric

Mrs. E*******, in the course of your project there were a couple of situations that occurred, and we reacted quickly and took care of them. Including repairing cracks that were not even caused by us or our work. Our goal is 100% satisfaction and my team realized there was no way to satisfy you or your husband. All of our work is done correctly and above code standards. We could go back and forth on what all happened and occurred but it does not do anyone any good.
