    In October of 2022 I had city class install a shower door in my bathroom. The install was done poorly and in may of 23 I noticed that it was pulling my shower insert off the wall. It was a month before they came and did a poor job fixing it as my shower insert is not flush against the wal. And they cut a hole in my wall and told me to get ahold of a contractor to quote and have the contractor send the quote to them. So they would pay it. That has been 2 months ago and my contractor has been trying to get ahold of them for weeks. I spent almost $2000 dollars with this company and they won’t even contact me back.

    City Glass was contacted on June 7th about a problem with a shower door that was installed on 9/30/22 by the previous owner of City Glass. We sent a technician out on 6/20/23 to assess the situation and make the needed repairs. those repairs were made. Some sheet rock had to be removed to make the repairs and was put back in place. We told the owner that we would pay for the repairs to the sheet rock. He then contacted us on 6/23 about some of the tile pulling away from the wall. I personally went out to meet ****** on 7/6/23 to assess the situation. It was clear to me the the problem was mostly do to poor workmanship by the shower installers not our installers yet I instructed him to get a quote for repairs and we would consider paying for them. On 7/30/23 ****** sent me the quote for $800. I asked for a detailed quote so that i could review the work being done. On 8/29 I spoke directly with ******* contractor and approved the repairs. As of today I have not received an invoice for the repairs.
