    I am writing to share my unfortunate experience with The Sewing Cottage and to express my disappointment with the level of service and professionalism I encountered. I hope that by sharing my story, other consumers can be better informed and avoid the same pitfalls.To provide some context, I have been a customer of ********************** for several years, having purchased a $4,418 sewing and embroidery machine in 2017. Additionally, I have relied on their services for maintenance and costly repairs. However, my interactions with the company have been consistently disappointing, with repairs taking an excessive amount of time and often being inadequately completed.Moreover, the quality of service provided by The Sewing Cottage fell below my expectations. The final product I received after multiple repairs was plagued with errors, inconsistencies, and failed to meet the agreed-upon specifications. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, the company displayed a dismissive and rude attitude, refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. In fact, when I requested documentation to seek repairs elsewhere, TSC refused to provide any of the necessary documents. Upon contacting the manufacturer, I discovered that my machine had been switched at some point, as the serial number no longer matched the original one purchased. I sincerely hope that the Better Business Bureau can thoroughly investigate my case and take appropriate action.My experience with The Sewing Cottage has been nothing short of disappointing. Their lack of communication, poor quality of service, and dismissive attitude towards customer concerns have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
