      I believe this is the worst treatment of people with disabilities I have witnessed. We waited 45 minutes in 107 degree sun for a cart to carry us back to the parking lot. Watched a man pass out and had to find EMS for him. They charge enough for parking that a dedicated waiting area with a cooling station could keep the disabled from passing out. They can do much better than this. People should be a priority.

      **** attended game was 6/27/23 @7:05pm.I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran.Myself and wife attended the game Tuesday night. The park was real nice.We was in section 22, row 5, seat 1 & 2.To the left of **, directly across, 5 seats away, was a fan who yelled all the time, as hard as he could yell, spitting at least **** inches, every time he yelled, constantly. This started when the game began, until the game ended.I tolerated it until the 3rd, and went and spoke with a staff member who was helping folks with seats. The staff member told me unless the fan was using profanity, the staff member could not do anything.So that fan ruined the game for us.I am diagnosed with PTSD, and normal fan cheering is a challenge for me, but this fan behavior was rude, obnoxious and unnecessary.We spent via StubHub, 180 bucks for the seats, and due to my limited mobility, we paid 35 dollars to be able to park close to entrance.This was a lot of money for us to be wasted.The next day I called the manager of guest services and left a voicemail, also sent him a email describing the problem. *** also sent several follow up emails, with zero response.

      Date of event: 6/21/23 Event name: Twice World Tour Ready to Be Amount paid: $1,269.86 for 2 tickets via Ticketmaster Dispute: Baseball nets were not removed for the concert, therefore we had to watch the concert through gridlines which was very distracting and did not get a clear view. Tickets were not marked as obstructed view seats nor had any disclaimer about the nets being up. These were marked as official platinum seats, which may be managed by Ticketmaster, but we did not get the full concert experience even with being in the first row because of the gridlines. We did not go to watch baseball and the nets were a huge distraction. It doesn't make sense to even host a concert during baseball season if they are only partially converting the venue for the concert or there should have at least been a disclaimer which was not indicated anywhere on the tickets or on the site.I have attempted to contact Ticketmaster but only gave a generic response stating that they cannot issue a refund.

      Texas Rangers have failed to provide the merchandise I paid for.March 7 2023 - purchased a membership to the Texas ************************************************* club for my grandson.$25 plus shipping = $32 I was supposed to receive children's merchandise - clearly stated on their website.I have not received anything. My credit card has been charged.I spoke to a ***** the week of April 17 at promotions department, and was told it would ship that day. I have not received what I paid for. Now, no one answers the promotions telephone number. I request my merchandise immediately or a refund immediately. Please downgrade their BBB rating.
