      I went **** chicken today and ordered a 7.86 order they charged me *****. When they started giving me all this food I told them it wasnt my order. They had already charged my card for ***** . I was asked for my card again and was then charged 7.86 and told that my money ***** would be returned in 3-5 business days. I explained to the person at window this a big mistake since I only had enough money for that purchased. I cant even buy a drink now. He offered a complimentary drink. But the Asian or Chinese person told him no charge her for a full charge. The manager screamed at me as I tried to explain. He said loudly with the restaurant full he didnt care. Refused to talk with me. It was embarrassing and hurtful. People were staring like I did something wrong. Shame on Lisas . I order from this place often . I was deeply offended and disappointed ??. Lisas doesnt do anything for black community or people they just take and take. Like he said I dont care. Get Out . This is horrible business. I didnt ask for anything free . You charged me ***** for 7.86 order all I asked for was complimentary drink. Since you took ***** of my debit card. People of color Beware. Not A Black Friendly Business. If anyone has had a equal experience please post .

      This place has horrible service, given the wrong order and will not replace.
