On August 26 2022, I placed an order on swclassics.com for a seat cover for my truck for $396.22. It didn't show any delays so I assumed I would receive it promptly. I received a phone call a few days later from ********************* who seems to be the owner telling me that there were delays because of the supply chain disruptions and my seat cover would not be ready until sometime in November. I said it was okay because I was not in a hurry. Sometime in October, **** texted me asking if I would accept a seat cover of a different color as he had one on hand. I said no, I preferred waiting for the one I originally chose. I didn't not receive anything in November and figured the delay had got worse and it would just take a bit longer. In January I contacted **** who told me the color I chose was now unavailable. He tried to sell me the other color cover again. I asked him to send me a better picture so I could decide. He never got back to me. I tried contacting them again several times and never heard back. I contacting my credit card company to contest the charge. They originally credited me and told me they would investigate. They got back to me and said I waited too long and reversed the credit so I was again charged the $396.22. I tried contacting **** again with no luck. As a result I paid SouthWest Classics almost $400 and got nothing in return. Any help getting a refund would be appreciated.
