I purchased a 3-day pass for WeebCon 2025 on April 14 2025 for $94.47 (including taxes/fees) and was deeply disappointed by how poorly the event was managed, especially on Friday, April 18th. The event failed to provide necessary *** accommodations on Day 1, leading to severe accessibility issues.I have **************************** (EDS), suspected Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), sciatic nerve pain, and a history of kneecap dislocations. Despite this, I was forced to wait in a two-hour outdoor line through a parking garage in hot, muggy weather, with no dedicated *** entry or support available. This aggravated my condition so badly that I was unable to attend the rest of the convention (Saturday or Sunday), rendering my ticket purchase a complete waste. I also was unable to fully enjoy Friday due to physical exhaustion, joint pain, and dizziness caused by the excessive standing and walking. There was only one entry line, managed by a single staff member. Even attendees with pre-issued badges or disabilities were not permitted early access or assistance. Numerous others reported similar experiences, including fainting, high heart rates, and ruined cosplays. The organizers only implemented an *** solution on Day 2, after many complaints -including mine - had already been submitted. This should have been in place from the start. The ************************ is known to be a poor venue for high-volume events, and it was irresponsible of WeebCons organizers to host here without sufficient staffing or crowd control. Ive attached evidence from social media, complaints from other attendees, a receipt of my order and my own direct message to the organizers. Apologies, there is a limit so I am not able to attach all the images that I have. I can also send images on email if need be.
