    I can not believe they are still in business. So many shortcuts were taken that I caught, it makes me wonder how many I missed. I had a previous rodent problem, they were to remove old insulation and debris, vacuum droppings, sanitize and blow in new insulation with boric acid in to repel bugs. This was being done over a 2 day period. First day insulation was removed and attic vacuumed, I went into attic after workers left, trash was left front part of attic behind duct work, also back part of attic. I made 2 large piles for them to pick up. There is approx 120 foot area with lower roof, they did not take out old insulation nor clean. They did a horrible job on vacuuming, rodent droppings left everywhere. I took up my shop vac and started vacuuming myself. After vacuuming approximately 1/3 of attic I thought this is ridiculous and called owner of company to complain. Second day, I went over everything that was missed with guy in charge, *****? He said they would take out remaining insulation, take out remaining trash and vacuum before blowing in insulation. short time after I notice insulation is already being blown into attic, I went up again trash was still there I asked about the spray ********* he said it was added to insulation. Really??? Liquid bleach and water? Added to blown in insulation? It was not being done. Poor clean up job in the house as well as outside. Lastly they dropped several pieces of green mouse poison in the grass, found by my dog
