    Im absolutely shocked that this company emailed me to request a review. Unprofessional, disorganized, and misleading. I hired this company for a Christmas party for a work event. They offer photobooth and DJ services in addition to their Casino rentals. Days before the event a DJ had not been booked despite checking in several times. I was put in communication with the photobooth company to share logos etc. I found a dj in less than 24 hours. I then received a concerned email from the photobooth company stating that the owner had cancelled our event. I began to receive multiple texts from other companies about working our event that I had never heard of, they had my personal cell phone number given to them by Casino *********** I told the photobooth this was incorrect and immediately began reaching out to ****. Thank GOD the photo company was professional but they stated they were not working with Casino Parties *** any longer and were only working through me directly. In speaking with the ****************** we realized that I had been GROSSLY overcharged by Casino Parties *** for their services. Their price increases were him trying to get more money from us instead of being upfront about finders fees. I thought the whole thing was a false company made to scam money from people seeking their services, I did not think tables were going to show up. They did BUT the dealers were late and getting dressed as they walked in (guest had arrived), all the materials did not arrive on time, and the owner had to bring up forgotten items to the event. Nothing can remedy the lying, unprofessionalism, and poor communication provided by the company. They were paid in full after MULTIPLE emails from me asking for this information so I could close our books for the year. DO NOT work with them. I see that they are very aggressive to negative reviews, I have emails and receipts and I have saved everything. I made my concerns very clear, we were a December 2022 party.

    ******************** indeed has some valid points herenot all. Our company grew significantly in 2022; we surpassed our own record from 2019 now that Covid and its lingering effects had subsided. December 2022 was our busiest month everby 3xand simply put, we were not fully prepared for the level of growth that came our way. This caused some lapses in our service as the infrastructure wasnt quite there. We have reviewed these December infrastructure deficiencies, and made several hires, adjustments and purchases to be able to accommodate this continued growth. I have apologized to ********************, and I am pleased that she was able to find a photo booth; and while we had secured the *** she had found one on her own. One of the peculiar comments above is that we are aggressive toward negative reviews. Not sure what was meant here as we havent had any negative reviews in the 14 years I have owned the Company. That said, the casino event was perfect according to my Pit Boss, ***; all Dealers were on time, fully dressed when they entered, and all tables were manned. The attendees and the Client were all very pleased.even ending with a Hug from one of Ms. ********* superiors, and several others in Sr. *********** Guess we should have asked them for a Review.It would be our honor to be able to provide this company holiday casino entertainment again, and we would be happy to do whatever we can to make ******************** pleased.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! My company will never work with them again or recommend their services. The quality of service was poor and we dealt directly with the company president, who was beyond unprofessional and unorganized. Both delivery and company dealers were late to set up and deal at our event, even though we paid an extra fee and had agreed upon times via our contract. There were no communications regarding updates and we had to repeatedly call to try to get an update. The equipment had dirt, dust, and bugs on it!! The delivery worker stated that the dealers would be bringing cleaning equipment for the tables, which they did not and were late to our event with no time to clean before guests arrived. The equipment was chipped and damaged noticeably. The chairs brought were in such bad condition we had to have them taken back with the delivery worker. We paid over $300 for meals, which was requested upfront by the company president and ended up telling us minutes before they arrived that no meals were needed. The dealers' customer service during our event was the ONLY good thing about working with this company. I suggest those dealers find a new casino rental company to work for as Casino Parties Inc' unprofessional behavior and processes overshadow their great customer service.

    Wow, I am not sure how to respond to this Review from a Cat ** My assumption is that Cat has ** confused with some other Casino vendor. To have 1 negative Review in the 14 years I have owned Casino Parties, Inc. is certainly not what is concerning; and I would be the first to do whatever is necessary to rectify the client experience if so. However, in looking through each of our December 2022 events, I am unable to find a client who was unhappy for any reason....no interaction with this consumer took place....I have contacted BBB Customer Engagement. In the meantime, it is said when responding to a negative Review, to always keep it short by acknowledging, apologizing and rectifying the issue. That said, I feel I need to respond because Cats remarks are a complete fabrication on several levels. My guess is this is sabotage by a competitor, however. While none of this relates to us, this Response would be too long if I was to address each point Cat made. A couple issues mentioned that really stuck out is the paid extra for early delivery. Nobody was promised or paid an extra fee for early delivery. Then the Dust and particularly Bugs on our equipment comment.come on Cat... Me or the delivery team wipes everything down once it is set up.particularly polishing the wood on the craps tables. But Bugs, really! In the 14 years of owning CPI, out equipment has always be pristine.we have never had seen a Bug on our equipmentmust have been from the Venue?? And nobody has ever promised or was asked to bring Cleaning supplies. Cleaning supplies are always with the Delivery team and used when needed. Now the Elephant in the room is the $300 for Dealer Meals comment. There was never any discussion about meals for Dealers at any time with anyone. This must have been added because it is such an absurd comment that one may think well how could they make that up?. Believe me, if there was food for the Dealers, the majority of them certainly would have accepted. I never would have said they dont want the meals if they were offered, but I certainly would not have asked. And $300 for meals, at an estimated high end of $15 each, that would be for 20 Dealers. We didnt even have any December parties with that many Dealers before 12/13except for one with about 40 Dealers, and there was no food there. That said, if there is indeed a Cat **, I ask that she contact me by phone or email as I would like the opportunity to discuss her experiences with Casino Parties, Inc. and let us do whatever we need to do to rectify those grievances.
