    ********************* came out from Bingham Restoration and went over everything in my house with the moisture meter that we were concerned about He couldve easily manipulated us into believing there was work that needed to be done to make money off of us. Bingham Restoration and its employees discussed the outcome of their inspection and let us know that there was zero moisture and spending money with them would not be fair.I would like to give a shout out to Bingham Restoration, for being honest and for their employees, being honest.

    My experience with Bingham Restoration was wonderful! I had two small bathrooms flood with sewer water and my plumber contacted **** to help clean that stuff up. **** called within a few hours and was at our house later that afternoon. This was during one of those ***** hard freezes and I figured it would be a few days before anyone would give our small job any attention. Not true with Bingham. **** set up dehumidifiers immediately and his guys were there that evening to pull up the floors and treat with anti microbial cleaner, **** was quick to answer any questions along our 2 day dry out. He even directed us through the insurance process. I hope I dont have another issue but if I do, I will definitely use Bingham!

    We had a pipe break and were relieved to find Tioga on such short notice. They answered our call and sent someone to my house immediately, which was a huge help! We worked with multiple people at the company to fix our problem, including **********************, and *****, and they were all quick to respond, professional, and friendly. They took care of all our water damage and did good work. We will definitely work with them again in the future for maintenance and if we have any other problems.

    Bingham Restoration was AWESOME! The employees were kind, considerate and extremely respectful of my time and possessions. They came in and worked swiftly to stop any more damage than was already done. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the entire team was from the first person to the last as they guided me through this process. Their support was amazing.

    If I could put zero I would. Take your money elsewhere. These people are BIG scammers and fraudsters. I got no quote for the project, the invoice that was sent to my insurance company was overblown with false charges (hours that werent worked, things that werent moved, extra charges that were never discussed) and when I told them to revise the invoice to correctly and honestly reflect their work, they threw their retained lawyer at me. Its clear they have practice doing this. Trust me, there are better and more honest places that you can contract and wont lie in order to rip you off.

    Bingham Restoration helped clean up after a water leak in my townhouse. ********************* was the first representative from Bingham that I met and I can not sing his praises enough. He explained ******************** ALL my questions and eased my stress and anxiety. ******* came out the next day to set up the drying process and did a wonderful job and last but not least was ***** who came out to take measurements and to remove all the equipment. Thank you gentleman for your hard work, professionalism and patience with me and all my questions!

    What an amazing company! A plumber, with a cheaper moisturizer meter, told me there was water under my floors and cabinets. **** checked with his more sophisticated equipment and said no. Bingham could have lied to get my business, but he did not. I will use Bingham Restoration the next time I have a water leak. And, I would recommend Bingham Restoration to my family and friends.
