    Need to be investigated for fraud. Review your estimate and make sure they actually do the work! If you have to work with them (our insurance gave us one of two options and we unknowingly chose them), document everything. Stay on them, take photos of everything before and after, communicate through email and with a witness. They charged us for things they didn't do or use. They "credited" us for some of those charges, but then overcharged in other areas so it wasn't an actual credit. They charged us for THEIR mistakes and damages to our home. They damaged the walls, brick on fireplaces, tile, sink and appliances, rugs, plants, flooring, etc, and then tacked on an additional $6K for those "repairs" that my husband and I did because their crew is incompetent. Avoid them at all costs.

    We had a house fire and Blackmon Mooring showed up at our home at 4am while the fire fighters were still in our home. They pulled ** aside and told us they would take care of us. Looking back, this was our most vulnerable moment and they took advantage of us. We had no idea what we were doing and they made promises they could not keep. They promised they would log all the things in our home and send the information to our insurance. They missed SEVERAL things. They over charged us for everything and used the trauma of the fire to ******* us out of money. They did not explain the price or the process of everything. They billed us for work they did not do. They charged us for storage and packed one bowl in a huge box. They arent doing business with the customer in mind. They were impossible to get a hold of after they had all our belongings in storage. They seemed annoyed with our questions and did not seem to have our best interest in mind. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
