How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Have you walked away disappointed promising to never return to such a consumer unfriendly trench? I have, but yesterday gave me a much-needed dealer service department experience. I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. Into the picture comes ****************. ****** is a service advisor at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in *********, ***** off I-20 **** West. The details of my visit are not important to my review. What is important is how amazing ****** was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. ************** advisors like ****** are a needle in a haystack. She is one of a kind and without a doubt, I highly recommend you go see her for your automotive service needs. Thank you, ******. You made my day. **********

Worst experience possible!!! If possible, I would leave zero stars. However, this website requires a minimum of one star.Bought a 2017 ******* Santa Fe on September 22, 2022. Seven weeks later the car died in the middle of the night and left me stranded. Talked to a reputable independent mechanic and he warned me about common problems with ******* engines.I had the car towed to Clay ********************** to see if they could fix it. Initially, they said the engine would run. However, after a test drive, they said the engine was gone. The service department suggested that I have the ***** Fe towed to a ******* dealer. They said ******* might cover the car under their extended warranty. However, after checking *******'s website and calling the Clay ********************** ******* dealer, I learned this car/engine was not covered. For some reason the class action lawsuit did not cover this engine. It appeared to me that they just wanted the car off their lot.We discussed the problem with our salesman (JJ). He said the General Manager would call back within an hour (three different times over two days). The last time he left us on hold for 25 minutes. He quit answering my phone calls. Finally I had to drive to the dealership for the ** to tell me they would not help me fix the car and they would not buy it back at all. Although we paid $16,000 for the Santa Fe, the ** said they could only provide $2,000 on a trade-in. No willingness to fix it or help in fixing it.Don't trust any Clay ********************** dealer and do not trust salesman ** at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi. Remember Clay ********************** owns two ******* dealerships in the ****** area.
