    I spoke with *********************** at Boss Pro Resume on July 3, 2023 regarding the services she offered. ******* stated that she could review and rewrite my resume & cover letter for $105.00. She stated that all I need to do was email her 4-5 job descriptions of jobs that I was interested in applying for online. She said that she would tailor my resume to meet those job descriptions. ******* stated that she would start on my resume on July 4th and my resume would be ready on July 7, 2023. I advised her to call me if she had any questions, but ******* never called me with any questions. I called her Friday afternoon to check on the status of my resume and she said that she had sent it to me. I advised her that I had not received anything from her. She then called and said it did not go through. She would call me later. ******* sent my resume over for review Friday night. Immediately when I seen the resume, I was very disappointed. ******* had copied my experience section from my original resume word for word and she had multiple duplicated sentences and incorrect job titles with the incorrect bullet points. When I questioned her about it, she said she was confused when she was working on my resume. We then started to go over the resume and make corrections together. She emailed me final revisions and there were still issues with the font. She advised me to look over the resume and make any changes to it. She would correct and email me the corrections on July 10, 2023. On Monday ******* refused to make the corrections. She said I would owe her additional money. I refused to pay her more ********* requested a refund, because of her poor service and she refused. ******* began to raise her voice at me and hung up in my face. She was rude and very disrespectful in the exchange in emails between us regarding her services. I regret to say that I would never hire ******* again & I honestly would not recommend her. She is extremely unprofessional and did not deliver what I needed.
