      Deceptive, exorbitant, unresponsive, unprofessional, shoddy, unreliable, frustrating, exploitative, untrustworthy, infuriating.I am filing a complaint regarding **********************. They provided two different addresses on their documentation: *****, ******* and *********, *****, *****. The email address exclusively associated with the *********, ***** address. Also License number is associated with the Bowie, ******** address.Initially, they quoted $13,000 for the roofing job, with a caveat that additional damage could increase this amount. Despite their late arrival and subsequent absence of the person overseeing the work, they claimed over the phone that extensive damage was found, raising the estimate to $15,000, which I reluctantly approved. However, upon completion, they billed $42,781.19 without providing a detailed breakdown of the work performed. Repeated requests for this information were ignored, while demands for payment continued.This pattern of misleading estimates, lack of transparency, including the use of multiple addresses, the phone number exclusively being associated with the Arlington address, the license number only being attached to the Bowie address, and failure to provide an itemized list of services raises serious concerns about their business practices. I urge an investigation into ********************** to protect other consumers from similar experiences.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
