Hi ********. This is *************************** I am emailing you today in regards to a lot of things that has happened. My system was installed in July mid July or late July 2022 in September of that year. I've had several glass breaks I've reported to United several times United would argue with me at first saying that they they need payment of gas to come out when I talk to somebody at ***************************************************************************************** December a technician was supposed to come out but I got Covid and I was out until March. I made phone calls to United. Repeatedly *** to the technician named Sye that originally put the equipment in no phone calls so I was getting frustrated cause we're paying for a system that hasn't worked. The sheriffs got tired of all the false alarms because the glass breaks would either be an idle or standby to glass brakes match one doesn't. Then about two weeks ago I made a phone call in regards to this told 360 which was ******* what was going on? He said I'll get somebody to contact you. Somebody contacted me send a technician was coming out on whatever day then that day that the technician was supposed to come out I got a phone call, saying the technician couldn't come out because he was sick , I called back and said unacceptable you guys need to send somebody out this has been going on too long. That guy said I don't have anybody then he said hold on won't let me see we might have a contractor then they sent out a contractor he was telling me that it was only $44 a month why am I paying ****** month called **** and whoever else he needed to contact half the time he didn't realize he was still on the phone as he was talking to the customer which is me he couldn't get into the alarm system. He didn't know anything about the the analog system I have told me that none of my glass breaks match, said that I needed all new equipment so that I needed to contact the resolution team that they would make things right he said that he was going to send it all over but when I called ******, he said he didn't know what I was talking about. He said that it seemed like they were poachers and all they had to do was contact them and supposedly he can reset the code in the box and let them in , I explained the situation that's been going on that we haven't had any alarm system. No cameras review our vehicles were broken into him. He really didn't seem that interested to listen said that the guy that came out over and over was a poacher he was just trying to sell me equipment that I needed to watch out for that that I probably didn't work for the company. I am already lit by that time then , I'm asking to speak to somebody else then I got a hold of ******** ******** bless her heart has tried everything next. I know it was a guy name. ****** is calling me. He came out Sunday was said by ***** to find out exactly what's going on what needs to be resolved didn't know nothing about the case whatsoever I'm standing out there arguing with him because I feel that if you're gonna send somebody out then they need to know what's going on and be fully aware of the situation he comes in looks at everything says the same thing glass brakes don't match he can't get into the alarm system it's locked out then he wanted us to access our cameras. We can't access our cameras because we're locked out of it , we know our password the password wasn't working. The email wasn't working at that point he pops off and says well ***** listen to me I just Gotta give her some vanilla crown or vanilla something to drink well we thought that was a little strange but we just stood there and kept listening. Then he said you'll hear back from me later on today. I'll have a resolution you'll have cameras on Saturday well that didn't happen , the moral to this is I believe 360 has some part of my French some idiots that need their crown sharpened because they're dumber than a boxer rocks that is coming out here so I emailed ****** to try to find out what's going on. he says all I got you taken care of no worry the big company is going to replace everything in your house for $200. I said no we're not paying anything. We've only had our system for .5 months before it went out in December we paid ****** for seven months now with no alarm system no cameras that work and it's ridiculous. It's like buying a new TV. If it goes out in the first couple months to get a hold of the manufacturer whatever if they can't be fixed, they replace it they don't charge you, so I feel that this is faulty equipment , it should be swapped out I shouldn't have the blunt end of the deal we didn't do anything wrong then I'm getting a phone call back saying that you just need to go back to United. We're signing back to United at that point really you're going to set me back to United they didn't answer my phone calls and didn't fix the equipment in the begin with and you're gonna drop the bomb on me because you don't wanna pay us back seven months of service that we paid for faithfully every month haven't had service because it's too much in reality it's not too much again. The systems only 4.5 months old didn't work from December on we paid one **************************************************************************************** willing to bargain here, OK seven months we're going to throw or almost 8 months we're going to throw away for months of our payments and asking you guys to pay the other four months back to WISE since nobody wants to pay the full eight months of service that we lost and swap out our system that is not working correctly that hasn't worked correctly I can understand I can understand if we're some type of scam artist or you guys can pull up all the records of these people saying poaching and all the stuff I wouldn't know anything about this. I wouldn't know anything about ***** drinking vanilla I wouldn't know anything about a package $44 if it wasn't brought to me, so I would never say some thing if it wasn't right, I wouldn't know just say it since all reality. Yes we should be compensated for eight months of service that we hadn't got yes or equipment should be swapped out at no cost because it's brand new equipment that only lasted 4.5 months not even a year old , so yes we're extremely frustrated. We're trying to bargain here to stay with 360 because we are not going back to United. We didn't have a falling out with United. That's the first company we kept calling to fix this and when they weren't returning the calls I found the phone number of who I was paying every month and start a calling which is *********. Not my fault nobody fixed it in that eight months , maybe s*** somebody should've came sooner again yes I had Covid from December to March. I'm fully aware of this and I've made phone calls and then I'm pushed out and then I am called with a date and then the date that comes the technician sick and then I push the issue I got somebody else , and then again, ******'s like sounds like a poacher somebody just trying to sell you equipment that you don't mean all of this stuff is in recordings just like ****** said he never told me to contact the resolution center or customer service to get my money back for all the ones I paid for I have no reason to lie the moral to this is we want what is right the systems 4.5 months old when it went out. It's been out since December for a ******** customer we've paid every month. This is almost July. The next billing comes out July 2 which I'll be eight months if we can't get this resolved on eight months of backpay or even credit our account for eight months to where we don't make payments for eight months and swap out our system so we have the stuff we need if that's not acceptable, then meet us halfway swap out the system and cover us for four months but something needs resolved because I'm sitting here with equipment in my home. I don't work an alarm system you can't get into , three glass breaks two of a match. One of them don't and an analog system that nobody knows what it is. There's my email all in a nutshell. Then today I called and got ******* again and he said didn't I already tell you there is nothing I can do I am still talking about the frustrations and was on the phone for half hour 15 minutes I am trying to explain the other 15 he isn't responding to me all I heard was beep beep beep I kept talking telling him I know you are there help me no response. I hung up and called back and ended up with *****'s and she was helping me the best way she could. The end of day nothing resolved no security system out of ******* of services we paid for and had nothing the whole time. Unbelievable is what I am thinking. Take the money knowing the service hasn't worked but continue to take not my fault payments should have been stopped. I asked for them to be and was told they can't be really so now look it's a battle of getting a refund and the correct equipment. I am sure you can see how frustrated we are at this point. My signs are pulled up that said unite and signs of 360 put in but I don't have equipment through 360 we have nothing. So we are advertising at the same time for something we don't have.
