      A year ago I filed my taxes at the ********** location at the ******* in off of ***************. I have been contacting and riding the better Business bureau for a little while now and I still haven't had my issue resolved. I now have till the end of the month to get this figured out. I have contacted lawyers trying to help me because I don't know what to do. Still haven't had much help. I need a high-ranking member from Jackson Hewitt to help me with my tax issue. I need to refile for last year or 2022 immediately. I have till the end of the month. Please can someone contact me. I live now in ******. I'm not in ********** and there lies a huge issue. We don't have money right now. But the taxes that they're saying I owe are almost as much as I made last year. I can bring the old paperwork. I can bring as many of the w-2s as I can. I'm just in a real pickle and I have two sons and a baby on the way so you can understand how this is freaking me out. My phone number is ************. This isn't a matter that needs immediate attention. I've written on here before but when I contact that specific office they don't really know who I'm asking for or or what I'm talking about. So I need like a corporate or someone specifically to be linked to my case. Please help out. This is really putting me in a whole. All I did was as instructed by the Jackson Hewitt representative, nothing more. Nothing less than, now. They're saying that I broke rules or some and some of their stuff. I need to file a tax amendment either 10:40 or 1080x. I need Aan upper level manager, someone who can actually make and take note of what the the business JACKSON HEWITT has done to me and my family so we can get this problem RESOLVED, a higher level professional who knows what they're doing when it comes to tax amendments and fixing issues, NOT someone who took a 10-week course and can only do what I would be able to do if I bought an 6 week program course (no offense to them, I just need an expert right now) Somehow they want me to upload documents showing that my son is my child to somewhere in ****************** (I believe I'm not for sure)Please contact me ASAP. ******************************* ********** This is my 3rd time reaching out.I cannot get back to the original office in **********, I'm in ************* now, please. Help
