      I filed my taxes with the tax preparer ******************* through Tax Nation USA on March 22,2022 for my 2021 taxes. My initial estimated refund after her fee (which was never disclosed) was $2985. I asked her for a copy of my tax return and she emailed it to me on March 28th. I brought it to her attention that the account information on the tax return did not match what I had provided her. She explained the money was supposed to be deposited into the companies bank account first and then redistributed to me. On April 6th, ***** got back in touch with me and said I had forgotten to give her my 1095A form. I sent it over April 7th, she refiled the taxes. May 2nd, I reached back and asked ***** if she had heard anything from the *** regarding my taxes because I still hadn't received my refund. She was dealing with the death of two relatives and asked me to check the "where is my refund portal". I was unable to track my refund because I was using the information from the initial ****. I reached back in 2 weeks and told her i was unable to locate my refund because I only had the original ****. She told me then that the new total refund amount before her fee was now adjusted to $3770 because of the 1095A form. I asked on multiple occasions for my new refund amount and was ignored or brushed off. With the new total refund amount though, I was able to finally locate my refund using the "where is my refund" tool. This is when I found out that my return was delayed. This took place May 18th and I finally received a letter from the *** Oct 11th stating that my 1095A form was incorrectly filed. I brought this to her attention and tried explaining her error ,but she did not understand so I had to complete the **** form on my own and send it into the *** towards the end of Oct. I received a letter from the *** on Nov 26th saying they adjusted my refund to $1595. Only $486 was deposited into my account. **** says Tax Nation has the rest of my money and I am waiting on them.
