    I purchased a car November 12 2024 from the kar store sold to me by **** ********* when I purchased the car I asked was it a good running car he said yes it doesnt have a warranty but we did a complete inspection on the car oil change time up etc well every since I had the car I have been fixing it I understand cars break down and things but not all the time my main issue is that last month I ended up going to get a oil change and the manager there called me to look at the car why it was up in the air and showed me it had rust damage the whole under carriage was rusted he said he believes the car may have came from the east coast by the looks of the rust thats so bad when he touched the metal it fell off so they refused to work on the car and told me to contact the car place I called the finance company and told them and they said theres nothing they can do about it but in Texas thats against the law to sell a vehicle with frame damage or rust and not tell the buyer its dangerous and the frame is important then they were charging me $9000 for a car that I found out wasnt worth that this is fraud and something needs to be done about it asap

    Our down payments begin at $2000. Mrs. ****** was allowed to take possession of the vehicle for $250 due to the rust and the fact that she stated she only needed a temporary fix for her financial situation and would take anything. It is worth mentioning that it was 1 month before Christmas. We were trying to be charitable then and throughout the life of the loan. Mrs. ****** also never obtained full coverage insurance on the vehicle despite the fact that it is required by her contract. There was also maintenance performed on the vehicle at no cost to Mrs. ****** save a tire she purchased at cost from us. The car was repossessed in October for non-payment. It wasn't immediately repossessed for non-payment when she initially fell behind for the exact same reason we sold her the car initially and performed no cost service on the vehicle while she had the car. I believe she is lashing out because of the repossession. It seems no good deed goes unpunished. I wish her the best.

    India ****** Im rejecting this because that is not true I was working at a group home in ********* where ***** mother was at due to her mistreatment she ended up in the hospital **** contacted me to see if I can care for his mother because he knew that I was a good caregiver and I took good care of her at the group home but I had quit working there however he got my phone number from a employee and asked me was I working I said not at the moment my other car was wrecked but I will be getting a car in two weeks when I get paid but he said his mother was coming home in a day or two I said well I can come work for you in two weeks when I get a car he said well I work at the kar store let me see what we have there do you have any money for a down payment I said not at the moment but I will in two weeks when I get my last check he said well I want you asap he said if I find a car will you be able to come pick it up i said yes so he called me I went down there it was at night time the car looked nice I never got up under the car to know that it had rusted out and the frame was being ate up also it had grey tape along the sides and I should have asked why but I didnt come to find out it was rusted I found out all this later when I went to get a oil change at another place and they refused to fix the car they told me contact the kar store because they shouldnt even sold it like that but before all this **** told me I can pay $250 out my first check and another $250 out my second check for a $500 dollar down payment I said u appreciate that he said he was charging me that because it is a trade in but a good car never mentioned rust because if I knew that I would have got a car In two weeks any car lot on division pretty much has a $500 but here pay here so I would not have rushed also I never got full coverage because I was told by him I didnt have to any car under $10000 can have liability so I got liability the same night I got the car and he said that was fine even mid Atlantic said liability was ok for that car so at the end of the day we can both take a polygraph because he never told me the car was rusted and from up north just that it was a trade in but a good car also he never got me a tire for my car I have receipts where I purchased my own tires I asked him did he have a tire but he didnt have none at the time and I needed one asap also fixing my yea he did have his mechanic get me a wheel alignment because the car drove ok but it seem like the rear end would swerve out of control so yes he did get me a wheel alignment other than that i was appreciative but i do not like the fact that he never disclose the car was rusted and the rust will continue to eat the frame by time i pay it off it would not be worth it and unable to trade it in so im still requesting money back we can go to court if he likes we can take a poly graph if he likes I have no reason to lie about any of this and I do not appreciate deception thank you

    She did work for my family taking care of my mother. She borrowed money on top of money until the last time she borrowed money and then never showed up again to work. She never called and said she wasn't coming and left us scrambling to find a caregiver. There is also an open investigation of theft with the *******************************. However, none of this affected her note at any time. She was behind for quite a while without recourse. She states she discovered the rust when she changed the oil for the first time elsewhere. We don't change oil here. So, if she had maintained proper maintenance on the car it would have been discovered at 3000 miles. She put ****** miles on the car during her loan and never once came to us complaining about the rust. Why? Because she was aware it was there from the start of the loan. This is another attempt by another sub-prime customer to get money for nothing. I'm not wasting any more time addressing this nonsense complaint.
