    IPaint owned and run by Sami ******* was paid a deposit for epoxy flooring and painting in our dog kennels. The work was to be done on July 8-10th. When the weekend arrived, Sami didn’t show up. One excuse after another on the weekend she was supposed to arrive. First she had health issues preventing her from working, then 24 hrs later she didn’t have help, but promised to arrive on Sunday the 10th to do the project. Then on that Sunday morning she informs us she does not have the correct flake colors for our flooring. Nice to know after we had been communicating for the past few weeks coordinating everything and this was never mentioned prior to 2 hours before her supposed arrival. She claimed I was hostile on the phone and she refused to come do the job and refuses to speak to us since then. Was I frustrated yes, but I was not hostile in any way.

    We have a signed agreement by her when she picked up the deposit check. We have made multiple attempts to contact her and she refuses to communicate with us. We understand she may have purchased a few items specific to our job this be out some costs but we have tried to come to a resolution but she has cut all lines of communication.

    We just requested a refund of a portion of the deposit. At this point if we could get $1000 of the $1700 refunded we would be happy. We have tried calling, text messages and emails. Sami refuses to respond to any of our communication.

    The address you have below she said was an old address as she has moved recently. Not sure if anything is correct at this moment. We just want a refund and will move in with things.
