We have came to a resolution i have attached the response from Client.

***** has agreed to reimburse the amount I was out of pocket for the repairs.

aid it was fixed left before house cooled off and 13 hours later same problem. Call Adams left message no one called back. On Sunday I called my nephew who is a service tech and works for a ********** and he came over took pictures before he repaired the same leak, his comment was it was a bad soldering job. He had to add 7lbs of freon price $560. and labor was $140.00. I feel that i should be reimbursed. Adams ********** never reach out to me on Monday after I had left a message on Saturday morning. I finally called them around noon and explain to them what I had to do. The only communication that I had from them from their end was he wanted a copy of the invoice so I emailed him a copy. I would sincerely appreciate some assistance on this matter thank you.

We have came out two times to correct the problem within 24hrs turn around working with their schedule. Each time covering the repair under complete warranty not costing the customer a dime even when its past the ****** labor warranty period. The customer called on a Sunday. On which day we are CLOSED. We called him Monday. And he told my office manager he had another companycome out and fix it without asking me what my reimbursement policy was. Simply because hes impatient and special and thinks hes too good to wait til were open. We stand behind our work and he should have allowed me the opportunity to discuss it with him and come out to verify. The issue was resolved at the last time I was there. If hiring an outside company was necessary then we should have agreed on that. I asked him for an invoice of the work that was performed and then I would call him to discuss reimbursement. Pretty simple. Now instead of sending me because he lied about using a hvac company he gets on here to leave a bad review thinking he will get his way. Guess again sir. ** sent me an email describing said work and threw out a price. They guy had NO license, NO insurance, NO invoice or work he supposedly done. No pictures or video were sent to me. It was unlicensed work and will void his warranty. I dont even know if this really happened! No proof has been submitted and he's lied about it so far! Ill make sure and let my vendor and ******* dealer know his nephew came out and worked on it; and see if that warranty gets voided. I dont appreciate the games this guy is playing. I will only reimburse for licensed hvac contractor use not a **** leg so called tech guy you find. My thoughts are: If his supposed fix
doesnt work after Ive reimbursed then whos going to pay for that additional fix? Me? I WILL NOT be reimbursing for this repair. Period. End of discussion. Close this out. Im done with this guy.
