Cole AC was contacted to repair my brand new Maytag washer in November 2022. They didn't make their first visit until December 2022 and when they did they said I needed a new control board and wiring harness. It literally took 4 months to get those parts in!!!! So in March 2023 2 technicians came to "install those new parts". At this point I don't even believe they replaced those 2 parts especially with how quick they did it. Well in May 2023 I finally felt comfortable enough to try a large load that had my blanket and sheets in it. Sure enough the washer stopped when it was time to drain which was the original problem in November. So I contacted Cole AC and they said they couldn't do anything bc it was 30 days from the "repair". So I took it upon myself to take the back panel of the washer off and look. There was a wire just hanging so I put it back where it obviously went and taped it there. Well everytime I do a large load it gets knocked off and I have to get down on hands and knees to tape it back. Only now that's not even working. I've taped it back but it still won't work. Called Cole AC and they said to contact whirlpool. Whirlpool isn't the one who did the shoddy job. Cole AC did the shoddy job and they do not care enough to fix it. This is your warning. If you use them do not expect them to have any integrity and stand by their "work".

The customer called our ********************** on 12/2/22. The purchase date of her washer was 10/19/21 from ******. That means it was out of the 12 month manufacturer's warranty at the time of her original call. We went out to her home on 12/7/22 . The washer was out of warranty and Whirlpool had given her a warranty policy adjustment number of M151BPOAPL1. Her error code was E9E1. Whirlpool agreed to pay for parts and labor. On 12/8/2022, we ordered a board and a wiring harness. The wiring harness was on a long backorder. The customer was informed of the backorder. Currently today in our marketplace, there are a lot of backorders with appliances and parts. This is a very frustrating situation for the dealers and the customers. You will find that across the whole industry. We cannot control backorders. On 3/8/23 ************** replaced the two parts. The customer did not call back until May of 2023. Our labor was guaranteed for 30 days as per our agreement with Whirlpool. We informed the customer that she would have to call Whirlpool and ask for a second policy adjustment. We also told her that we had stopped working on warranty Whirlpool appliances, but if they chose to give her more warranty, they would send someone out. She has the Whirlpool customer service number. We have been in business since **** and we pride ourselves on our customer service. We are sorry about the problems that she is having. She needs to contact Whirlpool.
