I have a Huge concern that I just ran into today. I had just finished my post trip on my truck and trailer and gathering my belongings in the truck to go take to my personal truck and clock out. I go onto ADP app to clock out and it already showed me clocked out at 2:30pm but it was 2:45pm when I finished up everything. I text ***** and asked her about it and she had clocked me out on her own without my knowledge. Not sure why she decided to but I let her know I didn't leave til 2:45pm. She did fix the time but if she thinks it's OK to just clock me out that's not. I don't work for free nor does anyone else. What do you think would have happened had I been getting out of the truck and hurt myself and she had me clocked out buy I'm still on the property working? And how many times has she done this to me in the past now. This is not ok and I won't stand for this. Something needs to be done. Cause at this point I feel like she is retaliated against me cause just before this happened she asked me about some paperwork I was supposed to get and return to her and no one told me anything about needing to go into an office and get paperwork at this location. I don't know what all needs to be done at the ****** customs as I am usually driving for **********. But sure think the Dispatch should let the drivers know of any instructions that need to be taken. I don't know what I did to *****, but she has been retaliating against me. For the last 5 or so months I have been doing the pulls at ***** and now she has pulled me off of it and gave to ******. And she has been cutting my hours so far back. If I remember correctly she did this same thing to ******* when he worked here. But today she said it makes no sense to pay me 3 hours of drive time extra to go to the base. But yet ****** has a pull before mccap tomorrow and he will get **** hours then I would if I just went and did mccap like have been since I hired on. To me this seems like retaliation for something but I don't know what I did to her. I am sure you are very busy and that's why I never got a response about my last email where she decided to clock me out while I was still working.
