    I would give this man and shop NEGATIVE stars if that was option. DO NOT take your car here! I should have done my homework and read all of the horrible reviews before going here. He made empty promises and has excuse after excuse. NO COMMUNICATION! It was impossible to to get answers from JJ. He had my car for FIVE months and took $3000 of my money, only for ALL of the same lights to come back on a block from his shop. He told me he was "married" to figuring out the problem and unfortunately I believed him. This car was supposed to be for my daughter's 16th Birthday...she woke up on her Birthday with NO car because ** screwed **. I don't think he even put ANY new parts in it. Shame on me, I feel violated and taken advantage of. Never again. This man should NOT be in business!!!!!!!!!!!Also his business is in ***********, ** not ****** so I'm guessing its not even a registered business.

    Mrs. ********, we are sorry you feel this way but we have sent multiple messages trying to reach you in regards to the vehicle and have not had any returned messages or calls. We did inquire in regards to the part and immediately called you with the results from our research on the module. Unfortunately you have not returned our calls. We apologize that you are so upset but we are limited on helping you through this if we are unable to reach you. If you would like to return our calls or messages we would be happy to assist you.

    Is this a joke? You have held me hostage for 5 months and fixed nothing....at the pace of a snail at that - with NO communication. Now you want to send a few text messages because you know you are busted. There is nothing to fix. You are a horrible businessman (if one can even call you that). You took 3k from me and left me with nothing. You should NOT be in business.
