**** *** the owner claimed to be teaching people to do mid term rentals outside of ****** platform and using the corporate housing network that he built over the past ***************************** May 5th he pressured me to sign up his program with misleading information and hid the agreement contract before drafting money out of my credit card in a total sum of $15,797. As soon as I found out that the program is using ****** to list properties and he has no company connection, I requested cancellation of the program immediately by sent him an email within 12 hours of payment. After several contacts, he replied and refuse the refund which had led me to search the business hes doing business in. What I have found is Ong Lifestyle **************** has been inactive since March *******. Hes misrepresenting the company and Beyond BnB Secrets as is neither a Texas nor a California enterprise. Furthermore, the company address as the time of registration and closer was a vacant land. The owner of the *** is doing business out of ********** without proper business filing. Therefore I would not voluntarily enter into any agreement with such a company. Any and all agreement shall be void.

************* rented ************************************************************* from March 27, 2023 to November 9, 2023. When I requested return of the $1,500 security deposit (only for damages per the lease), the property manager, ******************* *************, **************************** responded with an email listing charges and complaints that she had not previously communicated and were in direct conflict with previous email communications with Q staff as to the condition of the house upon our departure. There were issues regarding additional prorated rent and ************* employees conducting AC repairs (we are qualified HVAC repair people) due to lack of property maintenance and lack of timely repairs. We thought these issues had been resolved satisfactorily and believe we are owed the $1,500 security deposit in full.
