    **************** failed to provide warranty. I have given ample time for my product to be fixed and they keep saying there is nothing we can do and keep waiting on the part. I have waited since last October and am not waiting anymore. They have failed to provide a proper fix within a graceful amount of time. Horrible representatives and zero manager call backs. I am there customer and provided there services and they have not kept there side of the warranty. I want a resolution asap and to stop these games

    We purchased a warranty on our furniture through ******** Furniture Mart. The company refused to honor it. My husband competed forms in January explaining what was wrong with the furniture. No one contacted him back. He reached out in April and completed the forms again and also spoke to someone. Again no one contacted him. He called again today and now the representative is saying that they can not repair the damage and the warranty is void because he did not respond to them in 30 days which he did. In addition he was hung up on several times by people from this company as well as someone from ******** Furniture Mart. They decided to credit less than 50% of the warranty. Im seeking the full amount of the cost of the warranty since this company is refusing to honor the repairs due to their poor communication and lack of professionalism.

    We purchased a Guardsman Gold Plus furniture protection plan from ******** Furniture Mart when we purchased our sofa sectional. We paid $319.99 for the plan. We filed a claim 1-4-23 online. They sent out a technician on 2-7-23 and he told ** one cushion needs a new cover and he would let them know of his findings. The next day, I received an email from Guardsman saying that they needed to review the technicians findings, and that they would get back to me in ***** days. It has now been over 84 days since that email was sent and I've heard nothing. I have attempted to call them to follow up but am only placed on hold for over two hours with two different attempts. The email they sent does not allow me to reply. I would never again purchase a protection plan through this company as they are unresponsive to their customers. Four MONTHS after my initial claim was filed, nothing has been done on their end to rectify the problem.
