    I am writing to file a formal complaint against the company Higher Hangers regarding a recent order I placed with them. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any response or the product I ordered.On May 10, I placed an order with Higher Hangers and was informed that the product would be delivered within a week. However, it has been well over that timeframe and I have not received any instructions or updates regarding the status of my order. I have reached out to Higher Hangers twice through their provided contact channels, but they have failed to respond to my messages.What concerns me further is that when I posted about my issue on Instagram, Higher Hangers did respond. It is highly unprofessional for a company to selectively respond to customers based on the platform they choose to voice their concerns. This lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.I firmly believe that the Better Business Bureau should take action against Higher Hangers for their poor business practices. It is disheartening to see a company ignoring its customers after they have placed their orders. The lack of response and failure to deliver products is indicative of a business that needs to be held accountable for its actions.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigates this matter thoroughly and takes appropriate action to ensure that Higher Hangers rectifies their behavior. It is crucial that consumers are aware of the situation and that businesses are held responsible for their actions.
