    I bought a washing machine to them on October 1. By October 3th the dryer machine wasnt working. I texted the guy owner about the concern and he blocked me . I went on ******** market and write a review. And texted him on ********, now he replied back. But he said he cant refund me the money that he can fix the machine. I said no I need to return it back he refuses. I can do business with them anymore because I dont trust them . Please help me get back my money they are scammer

    We are writing in response to the complaint filed by Magbela, Njoubissi #******** regarding the dryer purchased on October 1 from Five Brothers Appliance.


    1. Willingness to Resolve the Issue: 

    At Five Brothers Appliance, we are committed to resolving any issues our customers may have. We have offered the customer two fair solutions:

    We are willing to repair the dryer at no additional cost.
    Alternatively, we are willing to replace the dryer with a similar model from our inventory.


    2. Store Policy on Returns:
    We do not have a refund policy . However, we do offer repair or replacement for any faulty products, and we are eager to honor that policy in this case.


    3. Our Goal:
    We remain committed to solving this issue by offering a repair or replacement. We hope to continue working with the customer to reach a satisfactory resolution.
    At Five Brothers Appliance, we take pride in providing quality products and excellent customer service, and we believe our proposed solutions are fair and in line with our policy.

    I bought a new dryer machine , with an actuan warranty. If it doesnt work I will send it back . I dont want to to business with 5 brothers anymore

    I purchased a refrigerator and stove from Five Brothers Appliance on July 1, 2024. I reported on July 29, 2024 that the refrigerator was leaking water at the bottom and the stove Baking temperature/s would not turn on. I also send pictures of my concerns. The company has stated they would send a technician out but has failed to show. When I have asked for a refund they declined and stated they would replace the appliance. The company has failed to schedule a date and time for that as well. I believe this company is taking advantage of buyers by selling broken recycled/ reused appliances with no warranty. I have the receipts/pictures and correspondence between the company and I to show their negligence.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution in reference of the stovetop is satisfactory to me. However, the refrigerator is still gathering water at the bottom. I will continue to monitor how frequent this occurs and will reach back to you/company if it continues.
