    Awful product and awful customer service. Cheap product and feel it is misrepresented on website. When try to return item, they sent email with marketing info for crappy product. I then asked for 3rd time how to return item I was not satisfied with and they are just ignoring me now. All I know to do now is dispute with credit card company in hope I can recoup cost of item. Would have preferred to return item to them, but it only deserves to be stored in trash receptacle anyway.

    I have been round and round with this company. I have sent them numerous emails with numerous pictures attached of the 3 items that were received damaged. These were supposed to be for gifts and since I kept getting the same email from ***** telling me to send pictures of damage (they were sent 3 times). we had to get replacement gifts. I told ***** I just want a refund. I get back an email saying they will reship after saying I do not want the product, I want a refund! I then found a phone number and called. A woman answered the phone saying she was ****** but all I could hear was someone doing dishes and children in the background.. I told ****** what I was calling about and then she disconnected the call. I tried calling right back but then I got a message saying no customer service agents were available. I recalled for the next 3 hours and only got the vm message. This business is a scam.. Please be aware. I will not report them to the state attorney general.

    Metalplex ships products that are not metal. The title of the company and the description of the products are misleading and deceptive. **************** is not up to modern business standards and returns are EXTREMELY challenging to attempt.

    Complete scam. Buy at your own risk. Told me to send picture back and they would send new one. Still haven't received 10 months later.

    Ordered 3 pieces from them. No communication, no tracking updates. Items arrived 14 days after their original "delivery date" and one of the items was missing. Took 6 phone calls before we could get in touch with someone who would even stay on the line with us. Told us they would have the missing item shipped out asap. 2 weeks go by, no communication, no tracking number. Call again, takes 5 calls over 2 days to get in touch with someone. They havent shipped the missing item yet. No refund offered. Still waiting ******************************************************************* business.

    Getting the run around from these guys Next week will ship Week later will ship Week later will ship Still not shipped Bit told order is completed...Running a holiday time scam -- money grab. What can be done ??

    I ordered on 9/25 from the company a mountain range of ********. Shipping label was created on 10/10, but apparently they had to move from ** to ** so they didn't end up actually shipping it. I received it today, 10/27, finally and it's broken. There is no customer service phone number on their website. I've requested a full refund and if they want the broken pieces sent back they will need to send me a paid envelope and box. I can't get a hold of anyone and I'm very disappointed with the fact I spent $173 on something that's broken. horrible customer experience and zero customer service. oh funny, seeing the comment below, I got the same email from "*****".

    On 9/3/22 I paid for a large white metal bull. After waiting 7 business days I emailed the company based off my confirmation email that the label had been created and the package would be delivered by September 10th.On the 12th I recieved a generated email from "Misha" saying "sorry for the confusion and that it was being cut still."I responded by asking for a refund since my product still hasn't shipped, they still have it, and it's far beyond the expected arrival date. I was able to find something very similar on Amazon anyway. They have not responded to my emails since or returned any of my voicemails. This is a scam company.
