    ***************** represented himself to me as an art broker and offered to sell four pieces of my art three oil paintings and one bronze. He said he had prospects to purchase the oil paintings. We did not have a written agreement but shook hands on the plan, which was that he was going to sell the pieces and take a commission. I gave him appraised values for my art, that I had received from an art appraiser. Within two or three weeks he had buyers for the paintings and I agreed to the sale. I later found out that he had sold them for considerably more than he told me he sold them for. He took a commission from the money he paid me, and also pocketed the the additional money that he actually sold them for. When another art dealer learned that I was dealing with him, he told me he would have discouraged me from having any dealings with *****************. This was elder abuse. I didnt have enough information, nor did I know enough to ask, and he took advantage of that. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with him.
