    I entered into a service agreement with Bidify **** on April 1, 2025, and paid $6,000 for a 6-month subscription that included routine sourcing of relevant RFP opportunities and the development of five professionally prepared proposals.Since that time, I have received only three RFP opportunities, the last of which was on May 2, 2025far short of the routine sourcing promised. Of those three, only one draft proposal was delivered for review, and it arrived at 2:00 p.m. on the same day it was due. The proposal was factually incorrect, misrepresented my business, omitted critical details, and was incomplete and professionally unacceptable for the high-cost service I was paying for.Bidify leadership has acknowledged in writing that internal staffing issues and communication breakdowns interfered with service. However, no additional usable work was provided and no new RFP opportunities have been sent since May 2.On June 16, 2025, I issued a formal demand for a full refund. Bidify responded the same day, refusing to issue a refund and offering only future service credits, which I clearly *********** a small business owner who engaged Bidify in good faith, I believe their failure to fulfill their contractual obligationsalong with their refusal to resolve the issueconstitutes a breach of contract and misrepresentation of services.I am requesting a full refund of $6,000.
