    I hired Austin Hybrid Battery to replace my Hybrid Battery in my 2014 ************* limited and then the car shut down shortly after. I had the vehicle towed to the Hyundi Dealership and paid to have the vehicle diagnosed. I was told the vehicle had a bad Hybrid Battery, I told them that I just recently paid Austin Hybrid battery to replace the battery. They told me several things that per legal advice I'm not going to share at this time. I towed my vehicle to their Technical Warehouse in ************, ***** on 28 March 2024 and was finally able to pick up my vehicle on 20 April 2024. At first, I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with my vehicle. Then after I reminded **** from Austin Hybrid Battery that I had all the Dealerships diagnostic codes they finally found the problem. I was told that my cooling fan and wiring harness needed to be replaced. I paid the cost and told **** to put the old parts in the trunk of my car. When I picked up car at their location the old parts were nowhere to be found. I spoke with the business owner and asked her for the old parts.     This company stated that they could replace my hybrid battery on my 2010 Lexus H250. However Ive experienced nothing but problems with them and the battery that they charged me $2500+ for. The initial battery was replaced in February 2021 and has a 2 year warranty. I experienced hybrid system errors again in January (I believe it was on the 25th when it was delivered to them). They have essentially had my car since that time with only one time that I was able to drive it for about a week before it gave the same error codes . They refused to call me back when I called them. They tell me that they are working on the issues when I do talk with them, The last time that I had a problem I had to have the car towed because it would just die on me, so I scheduled that to happen three weeks ago , I went to the location where they were supposed to pick my car up from this last Saturday and saw that my car was still there. I contacted them and asked how things were going and they actually told me that they had my car and that they were working on it. I told them thats kind of funny since Im sitting here looking at my car and its still at the location that you were supposed to pick it up from. He blamed the mechanic, but I believe that they are not being truthful with me after this occurred. I told them they needed to fix my car first and foremost and then call me on Wednesday (which was yesterday) to tell me the status of where we were at. They did not call (and still havent) so that is why I am reporting them at this time. They dont seem to know what they are doing and are dishonest with me and I feel that six weeks is long enough to have a vehicle! They dont seem to think so. I want my car back! This vehicle is my job. I am a rideshare driver, and I have not been able to make income because of this. So it is now cost me not only the repairs (a new CPU for $850), but also about $5600 in lost income. I hope you can help me resolve this.
