    The business advertises she does Brazilian waxes and had great reviews. I booked appointment July 27, 2022. I did not receive a Brazilian wax. I still had a lot of remaining hair and broke out, had a lot of in-grown hair after. I never broke out as I did with this salon. I obviously would stop doing Brazilian wax if this was my outcome each time.I went back again the following week as she said she would take off the remaining hair. She said she did leave some. A Brazilian wax process calls for no hair. I went home and following day checked again. I had visible hair still and more breakouts/in-grown hair. I don't know if salon owner uses inferior products with me or simply didn't like me for no reason and gave me poor service. I texted business owner that I struggled with posting a review or speaking to her for refund. We spoke and salon owner stated she's been doing Brazilian waxes for 3 years. She would not refund me $40, stated she has 6 kids. Salon owner did not provider services she advertised. I paid her the cost for that Wed special and tipped her 33% on top of that. Salon owner refused to refund me. I sought out other salon clinics and they said to let skin heal from all ingrown hair and breakouts before doing another Brazilian wax. Im requesting assistance in this matter please. Since moving to a big city, so many small businesses have taken advantage of me, over-charging with poor services. I gave benefit of the doubt, business starting out or they had a bad day but too many times is just enough. After this incident, I will start using upscale, big businesses.
