    Soy una ex estudiante de esta escuela la **ora ***************************** directora y duea de la escuela me corrio sin una justificacin alguna causando en mi des dominacin y abus , estaba pagando mi carre de un valor de ****** dlares haciendo pagos **manales y ella ******* mis prcticas de clientes siendo mi material que yo compraba con mucho esfuerzo asta el momento no e recibido una respuesta de parte de ella **** que me devuelva mi dinero en su totalidad ella ***** de nuestros derechos no solo de mi si no tambin de varios de mis compaeros ella *** manipula el reloj de TDLR quitndo*** y poniendo horas **** que ***** llegue la finalizacin de nuestro contrato cobrar*** dinero extra la escuela no tiene una maestra capacitada oat dar*** cla**s estoy muy afligida porq ella ** yendo con gran parte de mi dinero cuando nunca tuve una en**anza acta ******** cantidad que yo pague de estudio no es justo espere me puedan ayudar be** oro recuperar mi Dinero **** **guir con mi **** de **r una cosmetologa ??????

    The director here ***************************** kicked me out with false accusations I payed over 15,000$ i did not finish or learn anything in this school their was never teachers ,I am trying to get my money back from her please help me

    Desde que entre a la escuela no se me ha dado la capacitacin con maestros o personal capacitado. El costo seria de $10,500 ms $1,300 del kit. El acuerdo del contrato fue en una hoja en ****** donde se me explico que **** que dar un depsito de $2,500 ms el kit de $1300 pagado en su totalidad, y $200 de la primera semana. En total di un cheque por $4000. El cheque se lo di el dia 8/10/2022. Pero entre hasta el 15 *********. Antes del mes nos comunica la secretaria que nos envo un email para imprimir y devolverlo firmado si no nos cobrara una multa. (las multas *****aron de la ***** por no limpiar, por no tener modelo, por no avisar que vamos a faltar, por faltar los Sbados, etc.). A mi me entro mucha desconfianza y le ped a la directora que hablramos de mi contrato y en mi archivo no estaba la hoja donde firmamos las dos. Entonces ella ***** hacer una nueva hoja donde me explico que los $10500 **** inters y taxas. No se que inters me iba a cobrar. No me dijo, pero en ese momento la cantidad subi a $15,000. y se me hizo mucho. En ese momento la secretaria entro con la hoja en ****** y me respeto lo acordado. Pensando que estaba mejor pagar todo para que no me volviera hacer lo mismo, le ped que me hiciera el total de lo que le deba de los $10,500. En primer cheque fue de $4000. $2500 de deposito mas $1300 del Kit mas $200 de la primera semana. despues 3 cheques de $200 cada no y el Ultimo fue de $5500 pagando ya todo el curso.tambien pague por una certificacion de maquillaje $150 y la persona no presento su licencia y se le pasaron varios pasos. la pague por una certificacion $220 por decoloracio a platinado y esta clase incluia planchado permanente y la encargada de ensenar llego borracha. no tengo maestras estables y una maestra hasta nos puso videos en youtobe porque no sabia como hacer la practica. y una alumna sin licencia es la maestra. Solo les pido por favor me ayuden a recuperar mi dinero que para mi es un fraude. tengo pruebas! gracias.

    Cuando me inscrib, yo estaba buscando un horario de 8am a 2pm. La directora ******* me dijo que era un horario perfecto para m, que yo obtendra la educacin necesaria para poder graduarme. Yo no saba que de 8 a 12am tendra **** teora y despus de 1 a 4 pm las practicas cosa que a m no me ha favorecido Desde que entre no he tenido ning*** maestra fija Cuando no hay maestra las clases me las da *** compaera Me esta imponiendo multas de todo que no esta en el contrato Hable con la directora sobre mis horas porque en la escuela me dan *** cantidad y en el ESTADO tengo otras. y me dijo que simplemente sino me gustaba los de mis horas, **** me poda pedir que me retirara y no regrsame ********** que ya pague. No se me hace justo que me amenace! por pedir que aclaremos mi situacin, no se me hace justo que lo que me prometi no se me est cumpliendo. A parte que **** ******* exige que metamos horas, por ejemplo: yo me he presentado los sbados y he estado sentada 5 horas sin hacer ***** viendo como **** **** regresa a los clientes porque no tiene ganas de darnos la clase. Me repiten mucho la clase de desinfeccin **** porque mi compaera que se pone de maestra, es enfermera. Yo pague por mi curso por personal capacitado que tuviera licencia y experiencia. No para que me pusieran ver videos en YOU TUBE. Nos vendi *** certificacin de coloracin que era clases avanzadas por $220 y no se medi lo prometido Esta clase tambin inclua alisado permanente y la maestra estaba borracha.Sobre el contrato que firme pague $12,800, me exigi que pagara en efectivo. Que de ese dinero son $2500 de depsito, yo no entiendo, porque de deposito si, ya liquid el salado. Tengo un nuevo contrato que medio para cuando fuera el estado, pero ese contrato no esta firmado ni se le entiende el principio y el fin. Por favor estoy pidiendo ayuda, quiero recuperar mi dinero por no estoy conforme con la calidad de la instruccion o la capacitacion impartida en la escuela. hay pruebas.
